Liberty One takes its design cues directly from its natural surroundings, the pattern of the building facade is inspired by the Maribyrnong River. Voids in the frame element are highlighted through the use of pixelated louvers that reference falling leaves from the adjoining parks and greater Footscray area.

The building comprises 375 apartments over 24 levels and extensive communal amenity including private dining, gym, rooftop outdoor areas and business lounge and library facilities.
