The design focus for this apartment building was to marry a sleek, modern exterior to the leafy surrounds of the suburb. The eight-storey building remains open to the tree-top views and is inundated with natural light, giving it a sense of depth and airiness throughout. Continuing the link with natural surrounds was at the forefront of the design process and the apartment building includes a communal rooftop garden with an outdoor entertaining space.

Special consideration was given to the entry foyer to provide a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests alike. Understated luxury is a key idea throughout the building: the colour palette is neutral with touches of deep green, gold timber and marble. The interiors continue the theme with natural tones and textures, creating spaces that are at once inviting and sophisticated.
