The façade design has been inspired by the context and cultural background of the site-predominately industrial. At one time, Sunshine was one of the biggest food and plant producers in the Southern hemisphere. The pruning method of plants is reflected in the architecture. The cut and trim of the façade’s built form is inspired from the idea of plants being freshly cut. The L shape form was designed to maximise the daylight and access to natural light throughout the apartments. A practical mixed use development has been created with a wide range of assets with particular focus on community. The focus is on communal living was at the forefront of the design process. By maximising the communal spaces the design focuses on group activities, family life and wellness. There is an inherent sense of neighbourly comradery. The spaces are generous and luxe in design. There are multiple communal spaces that create an overall sense of liveability. The mixed use spaces include offices, childcare, retail, apartments, hotel, communal spaces and a medical centre.
