There is an inherent sense of community in the design of Tricare, Brunswick. To obtain a successful Town Planning permit, CHT Architects responded to the neighbourhood context to produce a sensitive design. The textural and layered facade produces a highly engaging streetscape that features contrasting shades as well as brick patterning and signature contrasting tones.

Internally, the circulation corridor is a continuation of the entryway which provides clear wayfinding. This is further assisted by recognisable primary character details that follow throughout. The central ‘spine’ incorporates individual courts which provide a defined sense of place for residents. This enhances the feeling of connectivity and community for the residents.
