CHT Architects acquired this 19th-century, red brick-and-bluestone building and undertook a full refurbishment, as well as an interior fitout of the space. Now functioning as a fully equipped office space with various amenities. The design was meticulous to remain true to the building’s heritage and special attention was paid to preserving its facade.
