The conceptual design for this 40-storey hotel has been shaped by the history of the local area, which has been predominantly industrial. The design took inspiration from the idea of interlocking mechanical parts and the sleek finish of contemporary machinery. The resulting design features bold tones and textures with a colour scheme that evokes mid-century style. Metallic highlights has been used throughout the interiors to form a connection to the facade.

The luxury hotel features several common areas including the lobby with wine bar, conference rooms, an event space and a restaurant. Level 39 features a sky bar with breathtaking panoramic views of Melbourne’s CBD.
